Description

The bright red fruits of the Ethiopian Eggplant are deeply notched and remind one of mandarin oranges or beefsteak tomatoes. Their skin is leathery, firm, shiny and lasts for weeks. Get creative! They stems grown about 60 - 70 cm in length and the individual fruits reach about 5 cm in diameter. Harvest time is from late August to November.
