Description
The leaves and stalks of this fragrant plant are often eaten and contain many nutrients. Celery requires humus-rich soil.
Planting: plant in a windowsill greenhouse or in a greenhouse from mid-April and separate at distances from 10 cm. The seeds can also be planted in small pots. Plant outdoors at the end of May, beginning in June at distances of 35 × 35 cm.
Harvest: you can harvest the stems in late summer. The plant does not tolerate frost and needs to be protected from the cold in the autumn.
