Description
Gladioli belong to the Iridaceae family. They originally come from the Mediterranean and Africa and there are 180-260 different types. In mild climates, gladioli can be planted in late autumn. In cooler regions, it is advisable to wait until early summer or summer. They are not frost-resistant, so they need to be brought inside during cold weather.
