Sprout.ing Organic radishes, 40 grams

As sprouts or microgreens, radish sprouts top every dish and look great at the same time. They provide crisp, colourful freshness and a strong, spicy flavour in stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and much more.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds, soak for 6-8 hours, place in a sprouting jar, put in a bright place and allow to germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds well in a tray (with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if necessary) and sow not too densely, place in a light place and allow to germinate.
• water 2 times a day.

The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
