Sprout.ing Organic daikon radish, 40 grams

Your highlight at the table! As sprouts or microgreens, radishes can top off any dish and give it a special look. They bring crisp freshness with intense flavour and can be used for stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and much more.

Sprouts:

• Rinse seeds, soak for 6-8 hours, place in sprout jar, put in a bright place and allow to germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds well in a tray (with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if necessary) and sow not too densely, place in a light place and allow to germinate.
• water 2 times a day.

The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
