Sprout.ing Organic kale, 30 grams

In the form of sprouts or microgreens, kale is a crunchy, nutrient-rich addition to your diet - whether as a topping or ingredient in stir-fries, smoothies, salads, wraps and much more. Their mildly spicy flavour is pleasant and makes every meal a highlight.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds, soak for 6-8 hours, place in a sprout jar, put in a bright place and leave to germinate.
• Rinse several times with fresh water.

Microgreens:

• Spread the seeds well in a tray (with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if necessary) and sow not too densely, place in a light place and allow to germinate.
• water 2 times a day.

The seedlings can be kept refrigerated and sealed for a few days. Pay attention to hygiene when growing.
