Sperli Garden Cress "Easy Green"

A very fast-growing and productive variety of garden cress! The "Easy Green" variety provides a vitamin-rich, spicy, herbaceous salads for any season. The cress grows well outdoors but in the winter it is often planted on cotton, paper or a little soil and grown on windowsills. The fresh, young leaves grow to a height of 5 - 8 cm and can be snipped with scissors or cut off with a knife.

The plant prefers pots, planters and lightly moist soils outdoors in sunny locations.
