Sperli Dill "Sperli's Elephant"

Sperli's Elephant is a leafy variety of dill that is very flavourful and high-yielding. It can be sown outdoors and tends to have a long harvest season as the plant is late to flower. Dill can be enjoyed fresh, dried or frozen for seasoning vinegar, salads, sauces and fish.

It's also a favourite seasoning for pickling vegetables! The leaves can be harvested as soon as the dill plant is 20 - 30 cm high. The plant can also be grown in greenhouses.
