Description
The wonderful "Imperial Star" artichoke is a great vegetable and is also very popular in bouquets. It is a vigorous variety with dark green leaves and wide, white ribs. The flowers appear the following year and are harvested when closed.
Served warm or cold, pickled or as a decorative topping. No matter how you enjoy them they're always a favourite!

Note:
- Artichokes need to be grown in very warm conditions.
