prima terra consciously relies on environmentally friendly processing. Instead of using aggressive chemicals, prima terra treats the steel sheets with normal table vinegar in order to obtain the desired patina. During this process, the rusting is only initiated - an even layer of rust will develop over time, as rain and humidity effect the surface.
