- Microgreens are in vogue! Enjoy their lively appearance, intense aroma and flavour as an ingredient in soups, salads and sandwiches. Microgreens are harvested when the first leaf pair has developed after the cotyledons. Do not eat the roots! The pad should be watered with 150 ml of water a day. Instructions are included with the product.

MicroGreens
I do like how easy this is to grow; just watering it and almost the next day the first shoots come up. The end product tastes lovely too. I just had expected the greens to grow to a certain height. These stay quite small, which makes cutting them a little hard.
