Description
This herb is a favourite in many herb gardens due to its fine lemon flavour. The fresh leaves can be used in place of lemon juice in any dish. Try the leaves in salads, raw vegetables, fish, soups and fruit dishes, ice cream or desserts. The lemon balm can also be prepared as a tea.
The bushy plants can grow up to 40 cm high. You can plant them in ornamental gardens, herb gardens, balcony boxes and planters.
