Description
Parsley is not only an aromatic herb for seasoning a variety of dishes, it is also a very pretty and decorative garnish. The intense green herb goes well with cheese, egg preparations and meat recipes. It freezes well but loses some of its bright flavour when dried.
Tips:
- Thin out seedlings soon after germination
- When growing in pots, plant 4 to 5 plants in each pot
- To encourage regrowth, snip off what you need from the outside towards the inside
