Description

This variety ripens early and forms medium green and very sweet pods. This pea is suitable as a raw food as well as in salads, and is a delicious gourmet vegetable.

Our tips:

Germination temperature: from 8°C soil temperature, optimally 20°C
Self-supporting - does not require any climbing aid
Sowing under foil or fleece is possible
No nitrogen fertilisation and manure
Normal basic fertilisation when preparing the soil is sufficient
Process immediately after picking - after 2 to 3 days, the sugar is converted to starch and the peas become floury and bitter
