Description
The small meadow plant with a refreshingly sour taste. Contains many minerals and herbal substances and was traditionally used to fight cancer. The young leaflets are used in salads and soups. The flower height grows up to 60 cm.
Sow: March-April or July-August in rows.
Row spacing 30 cm.
Thin out the rows if the plants start to wander. Thin back to 30cm spacing.
Harvest: Can be harvested quite early in the spring, as well as in the autumn, when the plant drifts again after sowing in the summer.
Perennial. Harvest is possible until May when the plant is in bloom, as well as in the autumn, when the flowers are faded. For a prolonged harvest time, pick the fresh flowers, which are also edible.
