This wonderfully diverse mix of Asian leafy greens can be harvested young when the plants have reached about 10 cm.

Spicy and slightly peppery taste.

The mixture contains the following types of lettuce:

Pak choi
Mizuna broccoli raab
Leaf Mustard - Purple Frills & Golden Frills

Tip:
Always harvest the outer leaves so that the heart can regrow.
