De Bolster Garden Angelica

A fragrant and medicinal plant, the root of which is traditionally used for liqueurs in monasteries. The young stems can be prepared like sweet vegetables.

The sumptuous, white-green blossoming flowers attract many butterflies, bees and bumblebees. The root s resemble a human figure or an angel and are used as protective amulets.
