Description
This vegetable delights with its tart, bitter taste and can be enjoyed raw or cooked. This variety has a very mild flavour.
Tips:
- In October or November, the roots can be harvested. The leaves should be cut about 2 cm above the root.
- Store the carrots in sand in a cool, dry and frost-free storage room. They can be planted as seed vegetables.
