Description
Much used kitchens, especially as soup greens. Stimulates the kidney activity.
Sow: from March on sow in rows, at a distance of 20 cm. Thin out to a few centimeters.
To promote germination, which can be slow, soak the seeds in camomile tea for 48 hours. The celery also grows in the shade and can be harvested several times. It is best to cut only the outer leaves if you are using them for a salad.
