Important notes on use & care:

• Unpack immediately: Waterlogging between the packaging and the product can cause stains
• Maintenance: Clean once a year with tap water and a mild detergent - do not use a high-pressure cleaner or scouring pad
• Installation: Place on a level, solid surface
• Water quality: The pH value should be neutral (7) to prevent material damage
• Remove green waste: This can clog the pump, but it is easy to clean. A filter can also help
• Warranty: The warranty is void if drilling or sanding is not carried out properly

Winter operation:

• Lower the water level at least 10 cm below the edge
• Use an ice-free holder from the garden centre
• Pull the plug in case of frost
• The pump can remain in the water, alternatively, store it frost-free
