Description
Lemongrass is used for many dishes in Asian cuisine. It has a lemon-like, slightly sour flavour. You can add the grass whole or cut to fish and meat dishes while they're cooking, but do not eat the grass. To plant outdoors, start the seeds indoors in April. The plant is not resistant to the cold.
