Description
A vitamin-rich vegetable with a nutty flavour. It can be used fresh for salad, cooked or steamed.
- Tip: plan to take breaks in between planting years. If possible, plant only in the same place once every four years. The plants germinate in the cold, so they need a germination period of about 7 days at 5 - 10 degrees before germination.
