Description
A Cayenne pepper variety with 15cm (6") long, pointy chili fruit that turn from green to fiery red as they ripen. Compact, upright, high yielding plant. Pick regularly over the summer months.
Recipe: Spicy Shrimp with Cayenne Peppers.
- Roast garlic in olive oil and add the shrimp, chopped chillies, oregano, parsley and basil to the pan.
- Quickly add tomato sauce to the pan and cook until well heated. Serve with noodles.
