Description
This non-vining zucchini variety bears slender, dark green zucchini packed with flavour - perfect for a variety of preparations. Harvesting when the zucchini are around 20 cm long will give the highest yield. Plus, the flowers are not only decorative but a very special culinary delicacy as well.
Always plant at least two zucchini seedlings together to ensure cross-pollination. After germination, place them in a bright location and plant them in humus-rich, warm soil in a sheltered, sunny spot. Since zucchini requires plenty of warmth, using black mulch film is recommended. Also, keep the soil moist.
Tip: Sow two to three seeds per seed hole or pot. The pots should have a diameter of approximately 9 cm.
