Description
Organic buckwheat is a green manure plant, which means that it uses its roots to deeply loosen your soil and reduce how compact it is. If you mow the buckwheat and leave it on the ground, it acts like a layer of mulch.
Buckwheat also attracts bees, which is particularly useful if you have fruit trees nearby that the bees can pollinate.
