Description
Organic rocket sprouts taste delicious in salads, soups and dips with their savoury and mildly spicy taste. They also taste wonderful when sprinkled on a slice of buttered bread.
Note: Rocket sprouts are mucus-forming and therefore not suitable for a sprouting jar. They don't need to be soaked first for successful sprout formation. The ideal germination temperature is 18 - 22°C, the germination period is four to six days.
