Kiepenkerl Sunflower- "Evening Sun"

This 180 to 200 cm high variety is impressive not only because of its strong growth, but through the unusual brown-red color of its petals. The dark center and yellow rings look like a blazing crown. The vigorous plants bloom for weeks. They fit well into the background of flower beds, flower hedges, against walls and fences, in front gardens and as a stopgap between perennials. The showy flowers make good summer or autumn bouquets and decorations. Flowering period: July to October.
