Description

This lettuce from the Mediterranean area is characterized by narrow heads and crisp, upstanding delicate leaves. The heads are an appetizing green and are lined with a well-filled out, yellow heart. They are something very special! They stay surprisingly fresh and crisp, both in the fridge and served with dressings or salt, pepper, oil and balsamic vinegar.
