Description
This mix consists of 40% brown and 60% red lentils. The sprouts are ideal in salads, sandwiches, or as a healthy side dish. Place 1 tablespoon of seeds in the sprout box, add water, drain, and cover with the lid. Rinse 2–3 times daily. The sprouts are ready to harvest after 2–3 days. Ideal germination temperature: 18–21 °C.
