Description
Parsley is an extremely versatile herb that can be used with many different dishes. This variety is particularly sturdy and grows dense leaves. It is often used in German and European cuisine, especially in northern German dishes. The biennial hardy plants are extremely easy to care for and can be harvested continuously from spring to autumn.
'Grandeur' has a strong flavour that goes well with meat and fish dishes, is used for grilling or roasting, and develops its spiciness in salads, on potatoes and in soups. Parsley is also known for aiding digestion.
