Description

This attractive summer flower is an absolute eye-catcher. The robust perennial stands out with it delicate stature and tall stalks topped with lavender blue flowers. This plant adds lightness and elegance to any sturdy group of plants. Verbena also complements grasses wonderfully. It is particularly ecologically valuable because it attracts a lot of colorful butterflies, bees, bumblebees and useful lice-eating hoverflies in the garden.

Verbena tolerates drought, and is robust and easy to clean. The stems are well suited as durable cut flowers in vases and decorations. Perennial.
