This plant is ideal for growing in pots. It produces many delicious peanuts and forms decorative yellow flowers.

Our tips:

• Germination temperature: 20°C
• Cultivate individually in pots or sow directly into the ground
• Year-round sowing possible indoors
• Always keep the soil moist, but avoid waterlogging
• Requires a slightly sandy, deep, humus-rich soil
• Medium fertiliser requirement
• The flowers are only open for a short time and are self-fertilising
• Dry the harvested nuts in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 150°C before eating
