De Bolster Endives "Wallone"

These endives have fine, deep, curly leaves and a very good flavour. The decorative leaves look great on veggie platters or in salads and also tastes great steamed.

If planted too early, the plants will shoot, so they should only be planted from mid-June to July and can be harvested in autumn. Plant at a distance of about 35 x 35 cm. One pack is enough for about 40 m².
