COMPO BIO Plum Moth Attractant works by attracting the males with pheromones which are harmless to other creatures including other beneficial insects, kids and pets. For the best effect and to lure the moths away from your plum trees, place the attractant in a trap on another tree nearby. Furthermore, to reduce an infestation in the following year, collect and discard the fruits infested with maggots but not in the compost heap.

Note: COMPO BIO Plum Moth Attractant is ideal for use in combination with the COMPO Universal Funnel Trap. You can also use the attractant with other commercially available traps. Please follow the instructions for using the trap you choose.

Instructions for use:

• Open the trap as described in the instructions - empty and clean it first if necessary.
• Carefully open the aluminium sachet with the attractant and place it in the basket of the funnel trap.
• Avoid touching the attractant with your bare hands or skin - please wear gloves and proceed with care.
• Close the basket and trap securely.
• Store any remaining residue in the aluminium sachet in the original packaging in a cool, dark and dry place.
• Depending on the weather, replace the attractant after 4-6 weeks.
