Description
Thanks to its sweet, mild flavour, wheatgrass microgreens are particularly popular in the kitchen. They are suitable for refining or topping dishes and as an ingredient in smoothies, salads and much more.
Microgreens:
- Spread the seeds evenly in a tray (use with soil/cotton wool/kitchen paper if desired). Do not sow too densely.
- Place in a bright location and allow the seeds to germinate.
- Water twice daily.
The sprouts can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Ensure proper hygiene during the growing process.
