Description
The Parisian Market carrots are an early maturing, spherical carrot variety with an intense colour and sweet taste.
- The carrots can be enjoyed raw in salads, cooked or stewed and used in vegetable dishes, stews, soups or freshly squeezed juices. They can also be frozen.
- Tip: in order to protect your crop from carrot flies, cover the best with nets or sow them with onions and savoury.
