Sativa Organic Sprouting Seeds "Peas"

The crunchy pea sprouts have a wonderfully mild, nutty flavor and can also be grown as microgreens. The slightly tart aroma is reminiscent of the full-grown version. A versatile powerhouse that shines especially in wok dishes.

Tips for sowing: Soak the seeds for approx. 12 hours and then rinse well. The sprouting jar should be rinsed twice a day, but waterlogging must be avoided at all costs. A bright location, but not in direct sunlight, is advantageous.
