Description

The leaves of this spinach-like plant can be prepared just like spinach and can also be enjoyed raw as a salad.
Soak the seeds in lukewarm water for 24 hours before sowing. When sowing, plant two to three seeds per pot. The pots should have a diameter of around 10 cm. Select only the strongest plants and harvest the young leaves and shoot tips once a week.
