• Originally, the Desert Rose is nqative to the steppes of Africa and Arabia.

Our Tips:

• Cover cultivation containers with foil and provide them with holes so that the soil does not dry out
• Remove the foil every two to three days for two hours to prevent mold formation
• Keep the potting soil moist, but not wet
• Ideal germination temperature: 20 to 25°C
• Loves a full sun location - indoors at a south-facing window and also outdoors in summer
• Tolerates even longer periods of water shortage - avoid overwatering and waterlogging
• Fertilization with a special bonsai fertiliser every four weeks during the growth and flowering phase is recommended
• Overwintering in a bright location at at least 15°C on a bright windowsill is recommended - below 10°C it goes into the dormant phase and loses all its leaves
