Description
This leafy plant grows curly leaves that can be steamed or prepared like spinach. The green leaves of the rosette and the upright plant can be harvested. Cutting back the leaves make it possible to enjoy a year-round harvest. Even the small flower buds can be used. The tasty plants are originally from East Asia.
