Oase AquaActiv AlGo Direct, 600 g (500 ml)

The presence of a certain amount of filamentous algae is completely natural and a part of the natural ecosystem. If they get out of hand, however, treatment with AquaActiv AlGo Direct is recommended.

As filamentous algae mostly occur near the banks of ponds or streams, AquaActiv AlGo Direct has been developed for localised use. It releases active oxygen, which helps combat algae and ensures clean water quickly. It is also suitable for use in natural swimming ponds.

Dosage and application:

• Dosage: Add 60 g (approx. 50 ml) of product to 1,000 litres of pond water.
• Application: Sprinkle evenly on the algae nests in the morning.
• In the event of heavy algae growth, it is advisable to switch off the pump for a short time to ensure sufficient contact time with the algae nests.

Important information and follow-up products:

• pH value: Check the pH value before use. The ideal range is between 6.5 and 8.5 (with a carbonate hardness above 5 °dKH).
• If the pH value is above 8.5 or the pH value is unclear: First, carry out a short algae test (immerse the strip briefly and rinse immediately), then add AquaActiv OptiPond.
• Safety waiting period: A waiting period of at least 12 hours must be observed before using other products (at least 3 days after the last use of AlGo Direct).
