* The lid stores up to 100 ml of water and offers a very large surface area. As the water evaporates, the contents underneath are kept cool. Depending on the ambient temperature, humidity and air movement, the Porosium ceramic inside ensures a cooling effect of around 5 °C, which lasts for up to 24 hours at a room temperature of 21°C. The natural cooling capacity is approximately 64 Wh
