Description
This digging fork is made from 80% recycled boron steel and features a thermo-treated ash wood handle. The use of boron steel makes this garden tool stronger, more durable and more robust than a similar tool made from carbon steel, without weighing more. Boron steel also helps the tines remain sharp for longer.
The handle features a Y-grip that is double riveted at the base to ensure stability. Its extra-long, double-riveted, strapped bush ensures flex and added strength at this important joint. The digging fork has been load tested to 100kg, which far exceeds the British Standard (BS3388) of 55kg. These impressive features have gained the BoronGreen series an endorsement by the RHS, the UK's Royal Horticultural Society, the ultimate accolade in the world of gardening.
