Description
This undemanding variety impresses with vigorous growth and produces numerous long, green-striped fruits with excellent flavour. It is a particular specialty for home gardeners.
Our Tips:
- Start seeds indoors: from mid-April; direct sowing and planting from mid-May after the last frost
- Germination temperature: 18 to 20°C
- Ensure a consistent water supply
- Plant at least two plants to ensure good fruit set
- Harvest the fruits while they are young
- When growing in containers, add a slow-release fertiliser
