This vibrant seed mix features three popular snack tomato varieties that are just as delicious in fresh summer salads as they are plucked and eaten straight from the vine.

Varieties Included:

• Ruthje: Bright red, heart-shaped fruits with a superb aromatic flavour.
• Black Cherry: Stunning deep-purple to chocolate-toned fruits with a rich, complex sweetness.
• Goldiana: Golden-yellow cherry tomatoes that provide a bright, fruity contrast.

Our Tips:

• Germination: Maintain a consistent temperature of 20 to 24°C for successful sprouting.
• Sowing: Start seeds in the brightest and warmest indoor spot available to give them a strong start.
• Temperature Control: Crucially, move seedlings to a cooler location once they emerge to prevent them from becoming "leggy" (too tall and weak).
• Planting Out: Wait until after the "Ice Saints" (the last frost in mid-May). Ensure you "harden off" the plants by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions for a few days first.
• Support: These are indeterminate varieties that require a stake, trellis, or tomato cage for support.
• Blight Protection: Use a rain cover or a sheltered spot to protect the foliage from late blight.
• Mulching: A layer of mulch is recommended.
