Description
This fine variety grows a high head of up to 40 cm. It is ideal as a salad or for steaming or cooking in the oven. Sprinkle the leaves with cheese and bake them, and serve as a main dish as you would meat.
- After the last frost when the soil starts to warm up again, plant the vegetables with a loose covering. For an autumn harvest, plant mid to late summer.
