Description

This bolt-resistant spinach delights with its mild taste. It is suitable for sowing on humus-rich, deep soils that should not be freshly fertilised. The spinach prefers sunny and wind-protected locations. If you sow the spinach in the fall, it can hibernate outdoors. In spring you can also sow it in window boxes.
Our tip: Make sure to keep the soil moist and loosen it regularly. Spinach tastes best when the leaves are harvested young and tender.
