Lawn Seed for Overseeding is the ideal solution for effectively and reliably closing bare patches in your lawn. Application Instructions

• Preparation: Lightly scarify or rake the existing lawn area to remove dead grass, thatch, and old roots.
• Sowing:
  • Mix the seeds well by hand before use.
  • Apply 20g/m² (approx. one handful) evenly by hand or using a seed spreader.
  • Lightly rake the seeds into the surface and press down firmly with a treading board or lawn roller to ensure good soil contact.
• Watering:
  • Water the area immediately after sowing using a fine-mist setting on your sprinkler.
  • Crucial: Keep the newly sown area moist for 14 days (ideally 3–4 weeks), watering as needed to prevent the seeds from drying out.
• Mowing:
  • Perform the first cut only once the grass has reached a height of approx. 10 cm. Do not cut lower than 7 cm initially.
  • As the lawn establishes, the cutting height can gradually be lowered to 5 cm.
