Description
"Sucrine du Berry" muscat squash is a traditional French variety with pear-shaped fruits and aromatic orange flesh. Its sweet flavour with a subtle nutmeg note pairs perfectly with both savoury and sweet dishes such as soups, purées, gratins or cakes. Thanks to its excellent storage qualities, this squash can be kept for several months and brings delicious dishes to the table even in winter.
