Description
Pak Choi 'Yorokobi' is characterised by its low, compact growth habit and vibrant medium-to-light green colour. Its broad leaf ribs are tightly packed and have a remarkably tender consistency. This variety offers a wonderful aroma complemented by a subtle, mild sweetness.
Sowing Tips: Direct outdoor sowing is possible from July onwards. Pak Choi is easy to grow and undemanding when it comes to soil quality. However, as a shallow-rooted plant, maintaining a consistent and reliable water supply is crucial for success.
